Payment

Full payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed. This secures your order and reserves your item.

Order Updates

Customers will receive email updates throughout the production process. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Cancellations

Preorder purchases cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unexpected delays may occur. Starr World is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
