Thank you for shopping with Starr World Clothing.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 6-8 weeks for clothing preorders, (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Please note: During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Starrberry Studios is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal carrier directly.

Address Errors

If you enter an incorrect address and your package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship your order.

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and assist accordingly.
